Only place I go for breakfast. THE BEST staff and food🙌🏼 They turned me onto mountain mimosas too and that was a game changer. Cowboy candy burger and stuffed pancake special today with the jalapeño barrels. Everything is always 10/10🧡

We loved this place SO MUCH we went Out of the Way TWICE! An old-fashioned home-cooking cafe with HEARTY (read HUGE) portions and friendly and fun staff you simply CANNOT pass up the chance to go to Trish's.
The first time, I had The Classic Benny (it indeed was simply classic) and a "side" of the Strawberry Granola Hot Cake. Yes, granola is cooked INTO the pancake and it is SHEER delicacy genius - the perfect touch of texture and complementary flavor.
The second time, I had the Out of the Way Skillet - l loved the cheese & sweet potato combo! - with a side of Crispy French Toast. Let me tell you, if you've never had French Toast coated in Frosted Flakes, you don't know what you're missing - it's EVERYTHING!They have outdoor seating, too, and the cafe is in a little strip mall so there's plenty of parking, but honestly if I had to park a mile away, I would.

This is the perfect example of not judging a book by it's cover. This small really old diner doesn't look like much, trust me its worth finding this out of the way cafe...
Call in your order or order at the counter. The food was very good. They also have a baker whipping up cinnamon rolls, cakes and pies. She's a wizard.
We ordered a vegetarian scramble that had fresh mushrooms, potatoes, spinach, cheese and topped with cherry tomatoes it was $13 and worth every penny. A frosted flake covered french toast $10 it was incredible. A burger $11 that was juicy & delicious all 3 of us were very happy with the food.
Carrot cake & Cinnamon rolls were amazing.

One of the best kept secrets in Humboldt County is this funky little cafe in a rundown shopping center. The food is both tasty and generously proportioned. Service is friendly. Enjoy the family photos while you sip your coffee. If you want a sterile chain coffee shop atmosphere, this isn't for you. If you like down home friendly, give it a try.
